Bethesda Townhouse

A wonderful, bright and spacious town house had no interior design or stylistic cohesion.  Owner's left over furniture was removed or repositioned and used along with rented furnishings and accessories creating  a welcoming, livable and updated property.  Washington Staging & Design provided all recommendations, on site supervision of painting, and furnishings.

Even a creative mind will find it hard to imagine a positive outcome when first encountering a non traditional wall color, an empty room and boxes.  This is what a  very dismayed college student found up arrival at her new rental house.  A few coats of paint, creative shelf and furniture  placement transformed this sad situation into the perfect sanctuary and study space for a now happy student.

This vacant and unfurnished unit was staged and sold for the asking price in two weeks.

 Furniture placement accentuated the variety of useable space, bright light and views of the manicured property..

This second floor unit was refreshed with new paint and wall to wall carpet.  The two bathrooms were updated with light new floors, vanities and  light fixtures.

Two individual apartments were joined by previous owners that created a large and unusual space.   The staging needed to show a cohesive, gracious and organized property.  

All of the owner's furnishings were removed.   The apartment was  painted throughout, the master closet renovated, and small  repairs and cosmetic updates were implemented  making the property move-in ready. Note that a major renovation, though it was warranted, was not undertaken The furniture arrangement highlighted the exceptional view.
