In Home Consultation
Walk-through Consultation for Realtors and Home Owners
This valuable service is designed to benefit both the homeowner and the Realtor. At the end of the consultation, the homeowner has a “to do” list and the Realtor remains in a neutral position. All recommendations rest on the shoulders of the ASP. The recommendations from this service have helped owners prepare their property for maximum market impact, raised the selling price, and made both owners and Realtors more dollars.
Hands On Styling
Stager will make stylistic decisions while on-site to emphasize the property's positive features.
Stager will work hourly, moving furniture to maximize space and/or create flow, declutter, make stylistic decisions that accentuate the property anytime before going on the market.
After the In-Home Consultation and the recommended work is complete, the Stager can put the final touches with skilled hands-on style staging. Usually a few hours is all that is needed.
Full Home Staging
An invaluable turn-key service that is perfect for vacant properties.
We will provide furniture, (all or several select pieces) and accessories to create an impactful and desirable style. This service prepares and presents the property in the most favorable fashion for competitive marketing and fast sale.
Customized Renovations
An ASP stager will oversee and manage all renovations based on the In-Home Consultation.
Based on the In-Home Consultation recommendations, the Stager will implement the plan, select and acquire all materials, schedule and manage all remodeling, painting, and small renovations. Contractor may be your own, or we will select one for you.
